ISD Provides Free COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Testing for Staff and Students

The State of Missouri has provided the Independence School District with BionaxNOW COVID-19 antigen tests. These tests are available to students and staff who are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19. The tests effectively identify COVID-19 positive individuals and are especially effective when administered within the first seven days of exhibiting symptoms of the virus. Appointments are required for testing. To schedule an appointment, contact your child’s school. Nurses will work with families to schedule rapid testing. Staff members schedule testing through their building administrator.
