ISD Students Help Build Habitat for Humanity House

Truman Heritage Habitat for Humanity partnered with the Independence School District to provide a family with a new home just before the holidays. Students in the Construction Trades program assisted in building the house from start to finish as part of their class, making an impact on our community while expanding their skills and knowledge related to residential carpentry.
