City of Independence Bringing Flu Vaccination Clinics to All ISD Schools

The City of Independence Health Department is working with VaxCare and the ISD to give seasonal influenza vaccines to children at school. This vaccine will protect against all four influenza strains expected to circulate this year. The city will hold vaccination clinics beginning in late September.

Please read this letter from the City of Independence Health Department and if you want your child to receive the flu vaccination, fill out this consent form.
