ISD is monitoring winter weather predictions
Dear ISD Families,
As we monitor the forecast for the upcoming snowstorm, I want to give you a heads-up that there is a possibility we may need to cancel school for one or more days next week, depending on the severity of the storm. Current projections vary widely, with snowfall estimates ranging from 4 inches to as much as 23.4 inches.
While no final decisions have been made, I want to ensure you have time to make any necessary plans in case the storm significantly impacts our ability to have school. We will continue to closely monitor conditions throughout the weekend and will make a decision about next week’s schedule as soon as possible.
Once finalized, we will share updates promptly via email, district social media, and our notification system. Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff.
Have a great weekend.
