🎊 Celebrating a Milestone with Giving the Basics

For three years, ISD has partnered with Giving the Basics to provide general hygiene items 🧼🪥 for students and families. These items are available in the nurse’s office at all 30 schools 🏫, and students and families are welcome to take what they need. They can also reach out to their building FSL for assistance. We are incredibly grateful for this partnership because every student deserves the opportunity to maintain good hygiene and health.💙
On Wednesday, January 22, Giving the Basics Founder and CEO, Teresa Hamilton and part of her incredible team, visited Van Horn High School to celebrate their 30 millionth hygiene product distribution 🎊 with us! We are thankful for their continued partnership and the important work they do. 🙌
