Two Chrisman Seniors Inducted into College Honor Society

Posted October 16, 2015

William Chrisman seniors Anna O’Renick and Alesha Diman were inducted into the Metropolitan Community College chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, an International Honor Society.

For the two high school seniors, getting into a college honor society is a fantastic accomplishment.

“Being recognized academically, it feels great,” Diman said.

O’Renick agreed and said, “It’s an honor.”

Phi Theta Kappa recognizes students for academic achievement and hard work. Membership in the society offers unique opportunities for scholarships, honors studies, leadership development and civic engagement and the significance is recognized by colleges, universities and potential employers.
