Posted July 17, 2017

A wide variety of free health services are available during the ISD Wellness Expo and 5K at William Chrisman High School on July 22. All are welcome to participate in Wellness Expo activities and a 5K race beginning at 9 a.m.

The Wellness Expo will include free services and family friendly activities, including sports physicals for ISD middle and high school students, BMI assessments, dental screenings and giveaways among many others. Sports physicals will be offered from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. If you plan to receive a free sports physical at the Wellness Expo, use the school-specific links below to create a Privit Profile prior to the event. Privit Profile streamlines the pre-participation physical exam process by allowing you to complete necessary forms ahead of time. MCV and Tdap clinics will also be offered at the event from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m..

A free breakfast pack and milk will be available from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for children ages 2-18 and eligible disabled adults ages 18-21* offered through the Summer Feeding Program and Nutrition Services.
